St. Patrick's Day is celebrated worldwide by people of Irish and non-Irish decent. People celebrate this spectacular holiday by wearing green, eating Irish foods and drinking Irish drink, especially the oh so popular and tasty Guinness. The Guinness Storehouse is located in the heart of the St. James's Gate Brewery in Dublin. This unique building is laid out over seven floors surrounding a glass atrium taking the shape of a pint of Guinness. As you move through the floors you learn all the ingredients that are vital to making a tasty Guinness.

Throughout our journey we got to visit two of Irelands many famous castles. Ashford Castle, one of the most distinguished luxury hotels, located in Cong Mayo and Adare Manor, another castle turned hotel located in the town of Limerick.
